Conference Location
The ESREL 2007 Conference will be held at the
University of Stavanger in Norway. Stavanger is the oil capital of
Norway. The city has both smalltown charm and the facilities of a modern,
international city. Stavanger is located at the South-western coast of Norway
close by the sea and just as close to fjords, forests and mountains. The
conference program will give you an opportunity to enjoy all of this in
addition to a strong technical content.
Registration Procedure
Please consult the Registration information available on this site. Delegates
should complete and return the Registration Form with the corresponding
registration fee to the ESREL 2007 Secretariat, with clear indication of the
method of payment.
Conference Badges – Invitation Cards
Delegates and accompanying persons are kindly requested to wear their
Conference name badge at all meetings and official functions. Please have your
invitation cards with you at all receptions and booked tourist programmes.
Proceedings
The papers presented at ESREL 2007 Conference will be included in the
Proceedings of the Conference to be published in book and CD-ROM.
Language
The official language of the Conference is English. No simultaneous
translations will be available.
Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the ESREL 2007 Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (One hundred EUROs), provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before 1 May 2007.
Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Liability and Insurance
The organisers of ESREL 2007 will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for
damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference. Participants are
recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
Changes to the Technical and Social Programme
The organisers reserve the right to adjust or change the Technical Programme
and/or the Social Programme as, if and when necessary.
Conference Services
The University of Stavanger has its own centre providing conference services. The centre is called FLEKS – Department of further education, and here you will find six devoted persons who’s main purpose is to make sure the practicalities of the conference runs smoothly. FLEKS’ competence spans from arranging and/or managing web design for conference information and registration, keeping the accounts, technical solutions, logistics and catering services.
FLEKS works closely with the national programme committee to ensure that the quality of this conference will be the best.
